My vision as a personal trainer for a long time has been to ensure we strive for results whilst preserving that individual’s happiness and not to cause further mental stress during the process.

We achieve this by actually taking time to listen to the type of workouts they enjoy, any apprehension they have and including foods they like to eat in their nutrition plans.

By maintaining this ethos we constantly succeed. This is an example of one hard working lady who swapped group fitness classes and came to me to open up her real abilities. She now lifts heavy weights and is constantly learning new methods of how to develop her mind and body. If you’re sat there thinking I wish I could do that, all that’s holding you back is yourself!
