Fine tune your Tuna ! Tuna pasta has stood the test of time for being a budget friendly, protein rich meal fix.

One problem I always found with this ‘student staple’ was it’s lack of punching flavour ( without dousing it in cheese ) So here’s my spin on this fishy favourite.

I go with 35g chorizo, spinach, green olives, 2 x tins of quality tuna in water seasoned with pink salt. Top all this off with a little passata and pasta portion to suit your goals. In my opinion for us mere mortals we should all slide a bit of fat in our diets in my opinion in order for your body to function smoothly. The 8g of sat fat in this meal really aint going to cause you no drama if anything it’ll have a few added benefits, it’ll keep you satisfied longer and rather than adding salt using the cheese’s salt content instead whilst having a cheeky extra bit of protein too .
